Core Responsibilities:

  • Production Strategy & Scheduling – Develop and manage production timelines to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Resource Management – Ensure the optimal use of staff, machinery, and materials to streamline production processes.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Innovation – Lead the adoption of advanced quality control systems and continuously improve production methods.
  • Cost & Financial Oversight – Evaluate operational expenses, identify areas for cost savings, and ensure efficient financial management.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track key metrics to assess and improve production efficiency.
  • Safety & Compliance Leadership – Maintain the highest safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Supplier & Vendor Relations – Collaborate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Inspire, train, and manage a team dedicated to operational excellence.
  • Strategic Insight & Reporting – Provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Extensive Manufacturing Knowledge – In-depth understanding of production workflows, lean manufacturing practices, and quality control systems.
  • Proven Leadership – Experience in leading teams, driving results, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – The ability to assess performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
